We greatly appreciate the skill and level of professionalism you and your crew brought to our project. The driveway and front entry steps are exactly what we requested and give our home a fresh and ,we believe, more expensive appearance than the concrete we had. Curb appeal never hurts! Your owning the company and presence on-site were certainly closely related to the level of excellence of the project. It made all the difference to have you personally available to answer our questions and to stage the labor. Clearly you take pride in your company and have a well experienced crew.
Thank you for moving the water pipes – we were afraid we would have to foot an extra bill for that as it wasn't listed in the contract. Probably a bigger nationally owned outfit would have charged us but you honored your verbal contract. That speaks for itself. There is a lot to be said for small business owners who deal honestly with their customers.
